Product Uses:

• Ultimate rust protection – neutralizes existing rust and prevents the long term formation of new rust.
• For new and corroded mild steel, aluminum, Chromadek, Zinc Aluminum or Aluzinc.
• For optimal protection against corrosion on weathered galvanized iron.
• Spot prime previously painted, rusted areas before repainting.

Domestic and commercial uses including:

• structural steel
• roofs
• gates
• fencing
• window and door frames
• balustrades and handrails
• staircases light fitting burglar bars patio
• furniture playground equipment
• piping
• farm
• implements and tanks.
• Interior and exterior use.

Application

• Stir Duram NS4 Anti-Rust Primer well using a flat paddle.
• Thinning is not recommended.
• Apply two or more coats at a uniform thickness with a brush or roller using long, smooth strokes. For
• airless spray use 17, 19 or 21 thou nozzle sizes, or by air assisted spray if thinned with 5 – 10% water.
• Drying time between coats: 2 – 4hrs
• Allow to dry completely – 4 hours for a water-based topcoat or 24 hours for an oil-based topcoat.
• Apply topcoat immediately
