Steps to Follow For Applying the Woodoc 30 Exterior Sealer

Preparation

1. General: Ensure wood is clean, dry, and smooth. Never wash or wipe wood with water before application.
2. New Wood: Sand until smooth, remove dust with a clean, dry cloth, then wipe with mineral turpentine.
3. Previously Varnished Wood: Remove varnish by sanding or using a paint stripper. Neutralize the paint stripper according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Allow wood to dry, sand until smooth, remove dust with a clean, dry cloth, then wipe with mineral turpentine.
4. Oiled Wood: Sand until smooth, scrub well with SteelWool and mineral turpentine, clean off residue with a clean, dry cloth, and allow the surface to dry.
5. Wood Previously Treated with Woodoc: Scrub well with SteelWool and mineral turpentine, clean off residue with a clean, dry cloth, and allow the surface to dry.

How to Apply the Woodoc 30 Exterior Sealer
