Steps to Follow For Applying the Woodoc 20 Interior Sealer

Preparation

1. General: Ensure wood is clean, dry, and smooth. Never wash or wipe wood with water before application.
2. New Wood: Sand until smooth, remove dust with a clean, dry cloth, then wipe with mineral turpentine.
3. Previously Varnished Wood: Remove varnish by sanding or using a paint stripper. Neutralize the paint stripper, allow wood to dry, sand until smooth, remove dust with a clean, dry cloth, then wipe with mineral turpentine.
4. Oiled Wood: Sand until smooth, scrub well with SteelWool and mineral turpentine, clean off residue with a clean, dry cloth, and allow the surface to dry.
5. Wood Previously Treated with Woodoc: Scrub well with SteelWool and mineral turpentine, clean off residue with a clean, dry cloth, and allow the surface to dry.

How to Apply the Woodoc 20 Interior Sealer

1. Stir well before and during application. Do not shake or dilute the product.
2. Apply with a good quality brush. Apply the first coat until the surface remains evenly glossy for at least 10 minutes.
3. Apply more product to dull/dry areas and allow the coat to dry completely.
4. Sand lightly with SteelWool, remove dust with a clean, dry cloth, then wipe with mineral turpentine.
5. Apply two more coats in the same way. Do not sand after the third coat.

Cleanup
