Steps to Follow For Using Alcolin Contact Adhesive

Preparation

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, rust, or grease.
• Degrease metal surfaces with acetone.

How to Apply Alcolin Contact Adhesive

• Stir product well before use.
• Apply evenly to both surfaces with a brush or serrated trowel.
• Allow adhesive to dry until touch dry (5–10 minutes).
• Align surfaces carefully and press firmly together within 40 minutes (Green Time).
• Apply firm pressure (minimum 30 psi) for a strong bond.

Cleanup

• Clean tools immediately with acetone, toluene, or thinners.
• Store container tightly sealed in a cool, dry place.
