Steps to Follow for Using the Super Stick Tile Adhesive

1. Spread adhesive using a notched trowel, applying a minimum thickness of:
   • 3mm for wall tiles
   • 6mm for floor tiles
2. Butter heavily lugged, grooved, or dovetailed tiles before placing them into wet adhesive.
3. Press tiles firmly into the wet adhesive using a twisting action and a rubber mallet.
4. Apply only as much adhesive as can be tiled in 20–25 minutes to prevent premature drying.
5. Occasionally lift a tile to ensure 100% contact is made between the tile and the adhesive.
6. Remove excess adhesive from joints and tile surfaces before it dries.

Preparation:

• Ensure tiles are dry—do not soak tiles before installation.
• Verify that surfaces are clean and free from dust or debris.

Grouting Instructions:

1. Allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours before grouting.
2. Keep grouting joints free of dust, adhesive, or debris.
3. Maintain minimum grout joint sizes of:
   • Porcelain wall and floor tiles: 3mm
   • Ceramic wall tiles: 2mm
   • Ceramic floor tiles: 5mm
4. Avoid butt jointing tiles.
5. Where flexibility is needed, replace water in the grout mix with Stick a Tile Bond.

Cleanup:

• Remove any excess adhesive from tiled surfaces before drying.
• Seal unused adhesive properly for future use.
