1. Firstly, choose your preferred application method: conventional or airless spray, or dipping.
2. Then, mix with Enamel Thinners at a 20% ratio.
3. Adjust spraying viscosity according to your method: 18-20” FC4 for conventional spray, 25-28” FC4 for airless spray, and 15-18” FC4 for dipping.
4. Apply using a spray pressure of 3-4 bars and a nozzle of 1.4 – 1.8 mm.
5. Allow for a flash-off time of 90 minutes, with hard drying occurring in 12 hours.
6. Finally, achieve a dry film thickness of at least 40 microns per coat.
