How to Use Soudal Fix All Turbo

Surface Preparation:

Ensure that the surface is rigid, clean, and free of dust and grease. For porous surfaces, use a primer.

Application:

1. Apply the adhesive in uniform strips or dots every 15 cm. Make sure to apply dots or strips on the corners and edges of panels.
2. Do not apply the glue in a closed circumference but leave it interrupted for proper curing.

Bonding:

1. Place the substrate onto the adhesive and tamp it with a rubber hammer.
2. Support bonded materials if necessary to ensure proper adhesion.

Curing:

1. Allow the adhesive to cure for 20 minutes until it becomes hand-tight. Full strength is achieved in approximately 3 hours on porous surfaces. Curing time will be longer on non-porous substrates.

Cleaning:

1. Clean uncured adhesive with acetone. Cured adhesive must be removed mechanically.
