Steps to Follow For Using the Scientific Supa-Kill Rat & Mouse Granule Box

IMPORTANT: READ THE ENTIRE LABEL CAREFULLY BEFORE USE. FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS.

Preparation & Safety:

  1. Read the Label: Thoroughly read and understand all instructions, warnings, and safety precautions on the product label before opening the package.
  2. Wear Gloves: Always wear gloves when handling bait to prevent contamination and the transfer of human scent, which can deter rodents.
  3. Identify Rodent Activity: Locate areas where rodents are active, such as runways, gnaw marks, droppings, burrows, and sheltered feeding sites.
  4. Remove Other Food Sources: Wherever possible, eliminate other readily available food sources for rodents to encourage them to consume the bait.
  5. Use Bait Stations (Highly Recommended): Always place Supa-Kill Rat & Mouse poison in a covered bait station to prevent access to bait by children, pets, livestock, and other non-target animals.

Application:

  1. Place Baits:
    • Norway and Roof Rats: Place 50-75g of Supa-Kill Rat & Mouse poison bait in bait stations, along walls and active rat runs, and in sheltered areas where rats are known to live or feed. Space bait points 5 to 10 meters apart.
    • Mice: Place 20g of Supa-Kill Rat & Mouse poison bait in bait stations every 2 to 4 meters along walls or runways, in nests, and in sheltered areas where mice are known to live or feed. For mouse control, use several small baiting points rather than a single large one, as mice are more likely to feed on scattered bait points.
  2. Strategic Placement: Place bait out of wet or damp areas, as moisture can reduce effectiveness and attract non-target organisms. Choose dry, sheltered locations.
  3. Monitor & Replenish: Inspect bait points and replenish eaten or spoiled bait weekly until feeding ceases and no more rats or mice are evident in the area. Continue baiting until no more rats or mice are evident in the area.
  4. Safe Disposal: Bury dead rodents and any uneaten bait at the end of treatment. Wear gloves when handling carcasses. Do not use empty containers for any other purpose.

After Use:

  • Clean Up: Once the infestation is controlled, remove all remaining bait and dispose of it properly.
  • Prevent Re-infestation: Block access points for rodents to prevent future infestations. Maintain good sanitation.

A Few Scenarios Where the Product Can Be Used:

  • Residential Homes: For controlling rodent infestations in and around the home.
  • Farm Premises: Effective for barns, stables, and feed storage areas.
  • Industrial Premises: Suitable for warehouses and other commercial properties.
