Steps to Follow for Applying Den Braven High Tack

Preparation:

1. Ensure surfaces are clean, solid, and free of dust, grease, or oil.

2. Clean with Zwaluw Cleaner and allow to dry.

3. Porous substrates should be treated with Zwaluw Primer B1.

4. Use a caulking gun with proper thrust ratio and a V-nozzle for best results.

How to Apply the Den Braven High Tack:

1. Cut the cartridge tip and attach the V-shaped nozzle.

2. Insert into the caulking gun and apply in vertical strips.

3. Firmly press the bonding surfaces together within 10 minutes.

4. Allow the adhesive to cure undisturbed for optimal bonding strength.

Cleanup:

• Remove excess adhesive immediately using Zwaluw Cleaner

• Wipe tools before curing occurs

• Cured material can only be removed mechanically

Health and Safety

This product should not be used on substrates such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, PMMA, PTFE, neoprene, or bituminous materials. It is not intended for areas subject to constant water exposure, movement joints, or contact with chlorides. Work in a well-ventilated area and wear gloves to avoid skin contact. Store the cartridge in a cool, dry space away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and ensure all surfaces are appropriately prepared before use to prevent bond failure.
