How to install

  1. Prepare the Installation Area
    • Identify and mark the location where you will install the cam lock. Ensure that the lock hole matches the 30mm diameter size of the lock for a snug fit.
  2. Insert the Lock Mechanism
    • Slide the cam lock body through the pre-drilled hole from the front of the enclosure (cabinet door, drawer, etc.).
  3. Secure the Lock
    • Place the washer over the cam lock shaft from the backside of the enclosure.
    • Use the provided screw to fasten the lock body firmly, ensuring the cam lock does not shift or loosen with use.
  4. Attach the Latch
    • Position the latch on the camshaft and align it to lock securely when turned. Tighten the nut on the camshaft to hold the latch firmly in place.
  5. Test the Lock
    • Insert the key and turn it to ensure the latch engages and disengages smoothly. Adjust if necessary to achieve a secure and precise fit.
  6. Finalize and Check
