Sealant Overview

Steps to Follow for Using the Sealant

Preparation:

1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease or dust
2. Use acetone or suitable solvents for degreasing metal or glass
3. Apply masking tape to achieve clean, straight seal lines

How to Apply the Sealant:

1. Cut cartridge nozzle to desired bead width and apply using a sealant gun
2. Smooth the bead within 10–15 minutes of application
3. Remove masking tape before skin formation begins

Cleanup:

• Wipe excess sealant immediately with a suitable solvent
• Allow full curing before applying paint
• Store unopened cartridge in a dry, cool location
